This role is 100% commission-based and ideal for candidates passionate about sales, networking, and helping companies grow. Your efforts directly impact your income — no cap, just opportunity. Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Prospecting Research and identify prospective local and regional clients (startups, growing SMBs, accelerators, service-based businesses). Cold call, cold email, and follow up with business owners, marketing directors, or decision-makers. Build your own pipeline of leads using CRM and lead tracking tools. Phone & Virtual Consultations Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and align Pinno’s services accordingly. Explain and present our 4-phase framework and service packages clearly and compellingly. Build trust through consultation and follow-up calls.
